Not for me .

Does anyone know of a safe forum for anyone experiencing emotional abuse ( post seperation ) . It’s not for me ,honestly , but a family member - she’s suffering with an ex who is very emotionally abusive - he’s a narcissist, he’s gaslighting her continually, he’s financially controlling her, manipulating her and she’s very trapped . She’s seperated from him but financially attached . He’s also began now doing it to her children . She needs support and advice and I can’t give it to her , I don’t feel , because I just don’t know how to get her out of the situation she’s in . If I were to post here on her behalf , or if she was , then I feel that because posts can get very popular and end up on Facebook , it could be damaging on the off chance he or someone he knows sees it . There are a lot of things that have happened that she needs advice on and detailing these in a post could make it recongisible so I wondered if there is any safe , non public forum where she could get help ?
