What is this? Is it suspicious?

Mine and DH phones are linked and this copied item popped up on my phone. I pasted it and now feel sick. I went and asked him as he's in the other room watching football and took his phone and he's on a football forum. Is this just a stupid mistake and he's clicked on something?

Why*

We use the same Google account because of phone upgrades, it's always been like that. Obvs separate numbers and we don't share apps or messages or emails although we can access each others emails on Gmail app. Our contacts link as well, not by choice it's just how it's worked with the back door phone upgrades.
