I've seen a toxic family book mentioned on here a few times but trying to find it I've found several with similar titles. Please can someone tell me which is the MN favourite? Thank you!

Mine is "will I ever be good enough?" By Susan forward. It's very good. Hope you're Ok, OP

Toxic Parents by Susan Forward is a good starting point,

Will I ever be good enough is written by Karyl McBride.

Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents by Lindsay C. Gibson is good

John Bradshaw "Family secrets - what you don't know can hurt you."

It's only available secondhand now. It really made a big difference to my life, awareness, and understanding. There are activities and worksheets you can do from this book

I'm abroad at the moment. Hence, the EU is coming up in the link. The author and the book title above will find you the book if the link isn't working
