Hello,
my boyfriend of a year ended our relationship as he’s not in a headspace to have a relationship anymore- WTH does that even mean?
he's walking around without a care in the world and I’ve no closure!

What do you mean by “no closure” ?

Sometimes the only closure you will get is someone saying they’re not ready for a proper relationship. It doesn’t sound like he wanted to sit down and talk it through as he has made the decision and as hard as it may be all you can do is accept that and move forward.

It’s painful for you but he’s shown you what he thinks of you, you deserve a nice relationship with open communication and I hope you find that.
