Hi I had a relationship with a guy for 1year and a half , he had metal health problems that i wasnt aware of , hence his behavoiur was poor they way he treated me ghosting me and deleting my number then coming back after a week , it was a pattern that i allowed to go on as I really liked him and thought we had a big connection, and there was fun times to . However after a long period of not seeing each other he phone the other day to say he was sorry for the way he behave towards me and that he loves me and is wanting to see me , but giving me the time to think it over and not rushing me , I am just so confused and not sure if I could trust him again.

No, block and delete. If there is no trust there is no relationship.

He behaved badly towards you because he was and remains a dick and besides which a lot of abusive men use MH issues as an excuse for their poor behaviour.

He has not changed and you sound like a back up option as some other woman did not work out. Value yourself more and read Women who love too much by Robin Norwood.

Absolutely not. To be blunt, he's not that into you and is looking around for something better. When that doesn't materialise, he calls you. Each time you let him do this, he knows you have lower and lower boundaries. Do not entertain this behaviour.

This. You’re the not very exciting cheese sandwich that will do in an emergency.

He tried with someone and it didn’t work out so now he’s coming back to you. Even if you take him back he’ll still keep looking elsewhere. Block him and move on.

Your right Bubblegum I have blocked him thanks for your kind words .
