Looking for some advice here pls. I don't see a lot of cases where the nrp lives abroad. Son lives with me, both British. Briefly married to ex, DA towards me and my daughter from previous marriage. Son is 4. Nrp only seen son on 3 occasions in a contact centre. Order was for in person but I took cafcass advice and proposed contact centre. Now hrng tomorrow and dad now wants unsupervised contact for 2 weeks, overnight in an air bnb, birthdays, Easter, summer and Christmas all abroad, and he's now accusing me of pa. I dont agree with son goinf abroad due to nrp having weapons and illegal guns in his house. Also teaching his other son how to load and unload a gun. He's failed to call 22 times in 6 months. Son no longer wants to attend the calls. Dad is demanding I hang pictures up in my house of him..cafcass agreed?? I won't do that as daughter is still in therapy due to the abuse of 5 yrs ago. My question is what happens when brp travels here and son had a breakdown again and refuses to go??? Do I force him and drag him to go? He's never spent more than 1.5yrs with him. And if that happens I'll be in breach. I'm unemployed, I have legal aid but will the court fine me? Imprison me and/or change custody to send son abroad??
