Child maintenance from ex partner

Out of interest, how much child maintenance does your ex partner pay?

Currently going through a divorce with 2 children. 1 has a life threatening health condition and the second is not even 1 yet. I had to leave my job to look after our ill child. Ex husband paid for the mortgage and all the bills.
Curious to know how much ex's pay.

Check the CMS calculator to see what the legal minimum may be based on his income. That should be your starting point Get a decent lawyer because of your child's condition , especially if you are unable to work. It is unlikely to be all the bills and mortgage though.

It's irrelevant what anyone else gets as it will be based on your ex's income and his situation, e.g. any other children.
