Me and DH of 17 years split last year. I've had the children living with my since then and he sees them everyday until he can afford a house. Things have kicked off unfortunately and he's going back on what we agreed for the children.
He initially said he would have them 3 nights and me 4 which was fine. Now he's saying he has them Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. He's trying to say that's 3.5 days because I will be with the children Tuesday mornings. Is he thick or am I. He will have 4 nights which is the majority right?
Where do I stand we have a 1 year old, 2 year old and 9 year old. I would happily do 50/50 and offered a 2 week rotation and he said no, don't have a clue what he wants in the main career who works part time
