Not sure what I’m looking for here… maybe reassurance…
I’ve recently found out my DH of 10 years has been on dating apps, only chatting to people as far as I’m aware. This has been going on over a couple of years.
Whenever we discuss it I feel like he is trying to put the blame on me with excuses such as;
- he works 40+ hour weeks and feels I haven’t done enough round the house
- he doesn’t always come home to a dinner (which is a fair point - terrible person that I am 🙄)
- he feels he is constantly chasing me for affection and it’s never returned
- he claims a family member found me on a dating app a few years ago but he has never mentioned this
When discussing our future I have said that I either stay and have 0 trust, or leave and struggle financially.
Has anyone else been through this and can offer advice…
