The Crown Prosecution Service has updated its guidelines on what constitutes coercive controlling abusive behaviour, and includes and defines love-bombing:

Good! Hopefully as a society we can leave all victim-blaming in the past now. I would like to see adultery/infidelity classified as a form of abuse now as well!
