I like this guy at work who start staring at me a lot and he always likes to talk to me a lot when we are working close. One day the staring was very intense and the same night I notice he started follow me on Instagram and check all my stories every single day. We work together and he always look at me when I'm not and catch him. Always try to be around me talking with other people and he always look at me. One day I took the chance to invite him the go out for a coffee and he told me Yes but he would let me know. That was like a week ago. After that day he stops checking my Instagram only one day he did. Also after that now he is more nice with me and always says hi first at work and keep smiling and be around. So again I took the initiative to DM him on Instagram asking if we can talk. We were in the parking lot each one in our cars and he stays a while and me too like 10 minutes hoping he replied but nothing. The he left first. I think now he restrict me on Instagram. Next day at work I saw him but I was trying to ignore him but he say very loud Hi with a big smile. Later he talks to me and keep looking at me every time I pass by. I don't know what's going on. I'm very confused.
