Neurodiversity Support/Assessment - advice please

I've been married for 20 years and over the last 10 years I've become increasingly ground down by my relationship with my husband. And I can't help thinking that there may be a neurodiversity issue in the mix, that might explain our difficulties. I'm not saying I'm perfect, but I just find so much of my husband's behaviour so confusing. Has anyone had to look into this possibility before; where do I start?
