Looking for a decent dating agency..

For my brother! An all around decent guy, stable job, own flat, car etc. Not bad looking but also not much social confidence, tried all the apps and has completely lost faith in finding anyone with morals and a brain. He’s 36 and would love to settle down and is getting quite disheartened with his friends all pairing off.
I want to sign him up to a dating agency - I’ve offered to pay a fee if that’s what it takes. Yes - he knows what I’m up to!
I'm completely out the dating game (married with kids!). Are there any dating agencies out there with actual normal, nice people on? Someone who’s not going to swipe left because they don’t instantly like the persons photos.

I ve tried 4 or 5 agencies fees between £350 and £3000
total waste of money
my biggest problem is I live in Cornwall, they match you with anyone, all the talk of matchmaking finding someone similar is tosh
if you live in a city you might have a chance
most matches I get from tinder but as soon as I say where I live the conversation ends

I met my husband through a dating agency many years ago, but it worked because it was in central London and there was a lot of great professionals to choose from- I agree with the poster that said location is everything when dating in many ways- just because in cities there's a volume of single or newly single people which there are not in remoter areas. Not to say no-one in these locations is single for ever, but I don't think dating agencies would be the way in more rural areas, so if in London, definitely try that (although they are very expensive these days) and if not, I'd encourage him to do hobbies which are mixed (e.g. rowing, cycling, mixed running) rather than all male.

Thanks both. We are in London. Any names/recommendations I can try?
