Help!
I'm struggling.
My husband is becoming very angry recently.
I'm going through perimenopause and I'm not coping well.
I think he's in delayed grief when he lost his Dad.
I've tried talking he says he's okay and just shuts off.
But he's started shouting at my 7 year old. Swearing and basically saying he would've got a smacked bum etc if he didn't do as he was told. I'm at my wits end. He used to be such a chilled out calm guy. Any advice appreciated.

Needs to be told he's not OK. End of (as in you saying end of to him).
Point out his own child will resent him for the way he's reacting to them.

Maybe a cuddle chat, when you two are alone, bit of a hand hold while you tell him?
