Has any one used a counselling podcast at all?
Couples counselling has been suggested to me from a post I recently wrote about my relationship, but I apparently there are also good pod casts around this?
The issues I have are
-putting my kids needs high and partners needs low
-peri menopause
-lack of interest in sex or intimacy
-feeling unable to communicate without becoming guarded
-general lack of spark in our relationship and my life

thank you

Only spend money on this is your partner is willing to engage and not just "saying yes to it" for an easy life.
I wasted £600 on this. My ex H was already dead set on destroying our family come hell or high water.
You call it the issues "I have"
Perimenopause and lack of interest in sex. Hmm sounds like as much a problem that your partner also must bear responsibility for.
Does your partner present themselves well and do you fancy them?
Do they help out with the domestic load?
Do they make you feel cherished?
HRT and counselling are poor at fixing these types of issues.
