I've been with my husband for over 20 years and I have enjoyed a very active and explorative sex life with him. Since kids, that has dramatically reduced. It's something we are both aware of and want to change but within this, it has become apparent I am not confident in sex, let alone to initiate it. Part of me feels ashamed and embarrassed - anyone else feel similar?
Just to add - my husband hasn't done anything to make me feel this way. He adores me and my body and frequently gives me compliments.
