I’ve been with my partner for nearly a year now, I love him very much but this past week he’s been acting a little bit distant, but he’s been working so I’ve put it down to that. We hadn’t seen each other in over a week and I couldn’t make it over Friday but he said he had work in the morning anyway and to come when he’s back on Saturday. He was very distant Friday night and didn’t say good night etc which is unusual for him, on Saturday we went out for dinner and he had my favourite chocolate etc waiting for when we got back; very passionate sex 4 times over the last two days (I am still here now). He left for work around an hour ago. Last night we were on the subject of sex and he said well we have done it 6 times and mentioned how he’s aching, I said we’ve only done it 4 times in a joking way as I just assumed he’d got mixed up, he looked very puzzled and said no I’m sure it’s 6 and then just brushed it off. I have a pit in my stomach I can’t explain, I also had a feeling to check his bedside table and I’ve just found a Hawaiian party necklace that wasn’t there before: we are both quite young and before we met he was at uni parties every weekend etc which if he is still going to I’d at least like an invite.
also worth adding that he was lasting extremely long during sex ( the first couple times) which he never usually does.
