....is basically my life.

I'm separating but only after doing.it.all. for a decade plus.

I'm not allowed to have needs, off days, limitations or even a personality.

Maybe the scene will help someone else feel seen. Xx

Good for you.

I binge-watched this over the weekend, and I had huge amounts of sympathy for her character.

It was also quite telling how she set the tone for apologising and making things right, when she was the first to say 'I've fucked up', event hough she was not the first to actually fuck up.

Well done on separating. Onwards and upwards!

Thank you for sharing. I feel seen!

So often it's the woman making all the sacrifices (and lack of appreciation) while the man's life/hobbies/identity doesn't change.

Where is this from?

Anxietybarbie · 25/03/2024 20:07

This scene popped up in my FB feed - it's called Apples Never Fall but I haven't watched it, aside from that clip which I've rewatched twice because it spoke to me on such a level.

Like some one saw what was going on and found the words you couldn't find. 💔

@Anxietybarbie Watch the series. I think it's got 7 or 8 episodes. I enjoyed it.

Anxietybarbie · 26/03/2024 12:06

How did you stream it xx

She's fabulous isn't she. And actually looks (a very attractive version of) her age which is so rare in Hollywood.

I don't think you can watch this in the UK though?
