single but reminiscing

i am single and i really love it, however i keep having flash backs of how sweet young love used to be like being happy and giggly and cuddling and talking for hours about nothing im a single parent so i can't really have a partner just due to personal preference around my kids but my gosh i miss that young happy love am i dying lol

I think we reminisce about what we don’t have. I am happily partnered but reminisce over a certain man occasionally

its not even over a certain man its more the freshness of love like i lost that after being treated horrendously throughout the years its just how beautiful and fun and happy it made us feel. we dont ever get that back these days its just hook up and s**.

It could happen for you if you give dating a go. It’s perfectly ok to keep your partner and DC separate, if that’s what you prefer.

I’m also a single parent and miss dating but I can’t because I have my kids full time. I feel like life is passing me by, by the time they are old enough for me to have my life back I feel I would be too old to meet anyone..

yes i know that but the lying in bed talking for hours wanting to get to actually no you it seems just inevitable this day and age
and like you said i feel like id be too old and haggered by then after putting the kids first lol xxx
