It's my husbands birthday next week and I'm lazy and disorganised and got him nothing (he said he didn't want anything to be fair)

I'd like to get him something cute from our 2 year old though, something she could 'make'?! Or something along those lines...you know what I mean. Cheesy as possible. Make him cry so he forgets I didn't get him anything 😂

DD gifted DH a "world's best Dad" glass tumbler at Xmas. There are loads of mugs etc online for you to choose from.

If you want to go "homemade and crafty" maybe hand and footprints?

Photobook of pictures of just the two of them

Oh yes maybe I'll take her to a pottery place, great idea!

Collage of their photos together.
Alarm clock where her voice is recorded for alarm

Go into the supermarket and get a mug printed with her photo.

I think Boots does various things with photos, at least they did.

Alarm clock with her voice as alarm?! I do not think most parents of 2yo need a clock for that!

Teach her to sing happy birthday and video it

A friend did this for her DH, he used to travel a lot. He thought it’s very cute.

To.be absolutely honest, my husband isn't particularly fooled or pleased by cute stuff that was clearly organised by an adult.

If you can remember to fake cute, you haven't forgotten to get him something.

You still have time to get him a book or a bottle of wine or a jumper...

I would do a hand print but in the shape of something... lots of examples on Pinterest. Handprint in yellow.. make it a giraffe with some cutesy caption.
It can become a tradition.

Honestly, just help her make a card.
My children are now in their twenties and we have a drawer full of cute cards which are (mostly) their own work and which crease us all up on the occasions we look at them. Don't buy crap. Just supply the materials needed to make a card. A two year old ought to be able to grasp a chubby pen or pencil and make something colourful and cute.
