I have a lifelong joint tenancy with my partner. I have split up with him. I want to stay in the house as my 25 year old son who is vulnerable lives at home and also l can't rent private as my credit score is bad due to my partner getting debt out in my name. He is a veteran and there are lots of housing options available to him and also he's single so his rent would be lower. It seems so unfair any advice on what l can do. I want to try and keep it amicable but l also want to be away from him now
