Do you believe in this, or in feelings that develop into love as you get to know someone?
Did you know instantly your partner was the one'?

lust at first site yes but for a million reasons it obviously can never be love. Love is knowing the ins and outs, good and bad etc which takes a while to uncover when you meet someone.

It’s more likely to be “this person perfectly fits my idea of what I’m looking for”. Or at least you think they do. You’re in love with this idea in your head, which you think they match. Unfortunately the real person rarely does match.

I believe you can have an instant connection with someone that then makes falling in love quick, effortless and natural. I felt this when I met my DP .., met him on a dating site and met him on my lunch break so I would have an excuse to leave if he was a twat … I ended up staying way over 2 hours! Been together ever since and fall more in love every day! Don’t even know how that’s possible any more!

Yep. Saw him aged 14. Just knew it would be him. 51 now. It's still him.
