So am on the 1-1 diet today I've had 1 shake 1 soup and 1 bar, I decided to have 2 boiled eggs and my bf seen. So I said to him just going to make myself 2 chicken skewers and veg in 20 mins and he says 'you've just had eggs!'. He's literally made me feel wrong for actually going to eat some protein. And I said in anger you're the reason I am fat probably feart I'd run off with someone else. Just as I got with him a was 3stone down then he kept offering meals and saying I looked fine and should eat. Now he's making me feel like I shouldn't eat. Am actually contemplating calling it a day with him.
