I am in an abusive relationship l really want to leave. He has been taking loans and credit cards in my name that l didn't know about now l have bad credit. I want to leave and rent privately but have realised l probably won't be able to because of my credit. Any advice would be appreciated

I applied for a large online loan recently and was really surprised that I spoke to no one and didn't need any ID. signing it is using your finger so it never looks likes a proper signature so easy to fake and they had not other ID with my real signature to compare it to.

You are not in debt. You are a victim of crime and if you report it, the debt could be cancelled. For a safe future, without this terrible man, you need to report it.

He's committed a crime so you need to report it. It's the only way you will ever be free. Start with the Police and ask for help getting away from him - they can refer you to a refuge.

Another one advising to report to police. Also contact Women’s Aid for support in leaving.
