Can I / how to go it alone with two young children

I want to leave my H. Have two young children under two.

I’m on 75K, property mortgaged in joint ownership. Full time nursery fees for one £1,800. I know about budgets and did a rough one but any advice on options in terms of being able to remain in our current property? I assume I will need to buy him out or we sell and I will have to move with DC’s somewhere else which is not ideal.

I can’t afford to buy him out but could possibly remortgage and get cash that way. But bank might not offer enough cash given nursery fees.

Anyone has done anything similar?

Speak to a mortage broker to het options.

All depends on equity and how much you need to split. I.e. if your pension is worth 10% of his then you could probably give him less house equity. Surely you would get maintenance or do 50/50 childcare in which case fees would be half?
