My bf of 3 years goes through phases of ignoring me everytime we have a disagreement. It will last up to a month at a time. These disagreements tend to be instigated by him and I have no idea what I've done. I told him if it happened again I would assume we were done as its hurtful and he should tell me if he needs space. This was the start of the month and he never responded. Now he is messaging asking if I've unblocked him when I never did un the first place?? I just want him to leave me alone as I'm sick of this hot/ cold cycle and I did make it clear if it happened again I would assume we were done and not contact him. I don't know what to do as when he stops ignoring me he will bombard me with messages. Any advice?
