Hubby falls asleep in about 2 seconds. Then it starts....the jerks first...I call him twitchy twitchyson !
Then not long after the snoring starts.
He sleeps on his side not his back. Tried the nose tape to no avail.
Wake him up each time but he just falls back asleep and the cycle starts again.
Hes up early so needs his sleep. I dont work now but still need my shut eye.
Cant sleep in spare room as the pigeons wake me up early. Cant sleep downstairs as we have 6 cats and a noisy fish tank.
Earplugs dont stay in as I have tiny ears. HELP!!!!!

Could he sleep in the spare room?

CarrotyO · 16/01/2024 12:52

Move the fish tank?

Loop earplugs come in a variety of sizes. Or you could try wax or silicone?

Put him in the spare room. That’s what I did to my twitchy snorer! He can sleep anywhere whereas I struggle so he’s been happy to sleep there.

It comes with several different 'heads' as it were.
