I've got a date on Sunday after a long time single. I'm a nervous wreck. Any advice please

Make sure it's somewhere public and don't have more than 1 alcoholic drink - or even better go for coffee.

-Pick an outfit you feel good in.
-It's cliche but be yourself!
-Remember, you're not just meeting the date to establish if they like you, you're there to gauge if you like them!

  • Don't do anything outside of your comfort zone that doesn't feel exciting or that you want to do..if you feel unsure or uncomfortable, listen to your gut every time.
  • Be honest! If you like the date and you get on well, don't play coy. On the flip side, if you're not feeling it, don't be afraid to make tracks and end the date politely.

Not sure why my bullet points have gone weird!

Thank you.
I know him already. We are going out for lunch
