Stopped Cuddling after Sex

been together 22 years. Married 18 years this year. 3 kids (20, 10 & 9) all together.

sex life has become repetitive. Wasnt before but the biggest killer is no cuddles or snuggles afterwards (always was before!!) I’d say about 7/8 months now. He literally finishes. Jumps up. Gets dressed and says we’ll snuggle somewhere else!! We never do. This makes me so sad. Like he’s got post nut clarity and thinks shouldn't have done that again!! What would you lot think?

nothing really. On phone or watching TV. I’ve asked him if he’s having an affair. He assures me he’s not. I’ve checked all his social media, emails, phone records (I have access as I run the business) and nothing jumps out. He’s shady with his phone but has always been like that. He tells me he loves me. Always call (5+ times a day). He’s here every night and weekends too so not sure wtf is going on!!

Could you ask him for a hug? Says thats the best part of being together? Maybe he doesnt know.

Besides an affair, which seems unlikely given what you've said, is there anything else on his mind? Is he stressed about work or finances? Something else? Are you affectionate outside of sex? Do you spontaneously cuddle or is there nothing at all?
