First date nerves

I have been single for 5 years. Going on a date next week. Anxiety is hitting me. Feeling ugly and fat. Haven't dated since I had my son. No idea what to wear to hide my belly. Nobody has seen me naked since I developed stretch marks from my pubic area all the way up to my boobs. Just feeling like a bit of a lump and need to calm. Does anyone have any pre date self confidence tips?

You go on the date as if you're leaving the country next week.
You're not going on a date, your going to say hello to someone and have coffee.
Ignore the fact that you have stretch marks, he isn't perfect either.
Go, enjoy!

Don’t stress about what you think you look like naked before you’ve even had the first date.

Just see it as a coffee/drink with a new friend and see how it goes. Once you’re chatting to them, you’ll relax into it.

You'll be ok, you're probably both nervous. How did you meet?

Don't worry about stretch marks or what is under clothes. Just pretend it's a new friend and have a few things prepared you might like to chat about in case the conversation runs out.
