I’ve been online dating for years
I’ve had a a couple of short term things and one long term relationship
All the guys I meet are looking for non serious
over the Xmas and new year, I matched and chatted with 30 guys
none asked me out on a date

what the hell is going on? Am I going to be alone forever at this rate ?

😩 dreading starting online dating. My friend said all the men on there are seeing multiple girls. How the hell do you meet normal men looking for a serious, loving relationship? How old are you OP? I’m in my forties, divorced with two school aged children.

I was OLD and did want a LTR.

I did chat to quite a few but dates were thin on the ground, but lucky to meet someone amazing. Keep looking and swiping. I know that some conversations were tough, and hard work.

I met my DH on Christian Connection at 40. The most gorgeous and loving man. I recommended OLD not only for widening your pool but keeping you in the mindset that you've not given up and you're still being courted. Enjoy it but be very strict with boundaries.
