Tinder age selection

Just interested in hearing others opinions on setting age restrictions on apps such as Tinder.

Do you class a 10 year age gap too big for example?

What would you say is the youngest you'd consider dating or having nsa fun with if you were 42?

I think it's a personal thing. I've only ever gone 2-3 years younger but up to 10 yrs older.

That's because I personally prefer older men and am more physically attracted to them etc

I wouldn't bat an eyelid if a 42yo female friend was having NSA fun with anyone over the age of 30. I'm 41 and like I say, I doubt I'd be sexually attracted to someone younger but I wouldn't see it as "wrong"

Plus loads of people lie on tinder about their age. I bet if you put 30 a lot of '30yo's' would actually be mid30s

@highlo 35 is probably the youngest I'd consider and up to 50. I haven't been on Tinder for over a year so no idea what it's like currently.

If you’re not looking for anything serious I would say that 10 years younger is absolutely fine.

That sounds like a good range! I've not been on tinder for 18 months or so but was single for 8 years before that so remember only to well what it can be like. It's not all bad tho.

When I used a dating site I stated no more than 3 years younger or older than my age.. BUT when out in a bar I started chatting a guy up who I thought was VERY interesting and attractive, more so than anyone I'd met online and he was almost 20 years older than me.. certainly opened my eyes to future possibilities.

10 years younger and 5-7 years older.

I am 44. I’d go for 40 as youngest and 48 as oldest.
