I had to change my number after a year of being stalked through no caller Ids as I don’t know who was sending the nasty messages including rape threats I gave my child’s dad email to contact me on and changed my number. He has since stopped sending me any money for our daughter nor emailed the account. What do I do

Do you suspect it was him sending the messages? If not, could you just contact him and find out what's going on?

If not, can you not contact CMS and get them to contact him?

Open a claim with the CMS on Monday. They'll only backdate it until then.

Yes I do the police was involved and his number came up when they got the information out of my phone network provider. I just don’t understand why he stopped paying as soon as I changed my number I did leave a email I don’t have his email but I left him with a way to contact and keep in touch with his children.

I’m not sure what you are asking but no it isn’t financial abuse just contact child maintenance service?thats what it’s there for

Yes I did they found his number but the cps couldn’t take it as no proof of what the calls said and I was surprised it was him. I was rang constantly from 2am-7am on Friday and Saturday nights and if I answered it was a weird voice saying vile things happened from nye to 8th December last year.
