I'm stuck with my STBXH while we divorce, he's demanding thousands from me before he moves out (which I don't have).
He attacked me physically (left small marks) several weeks ago which I reported and despite the police offering to charge him, I just asked them to make a note of it and have a word with him.
He's now escalated to shoving me in front of the kids and did this morning. I'm due to visit the Police station today, please can anyone advise if they can still charge him for the attack now in light of what's happened? I feel utterly terrified of them interviewing him again and him coming back here.
