Leaving abusive relationship

Mollie44 · 01/01/2024 13:16

I’m working myself up to leaving my relationship. However I’m now starting to feel guilty as I have 3 children and if I leave their lives will completely change. Shared custody, less financial resources etc.
How can I get over this guilt so I can move on ? TIA

If the relationship is abusive, then your children will be much better off with you out of it. No need to feel guilty at all. You're acting in their best interests. Good luck x
