Hi there all,

Could anyone clarify, see if I am reading this wording right for me please.

To my Son, I give any monies standing to my credit at the date of my death.

Does that mean all the money this person has goes to the Son?

looking at that wording i would say yes my OHs will says any money after debts are paid goes to me his partner and his daughter equally so she gets half and i get half , the house goes to her as he owns it but i have lifetime living in it if i want to , wills written properly usually have very specific wording

I would've thought so.

If no other beneficiaries are specified, then I would assume so?

It basically means any money you don't owe will go to your beneficiary.
