said some unpleasant words to my adult ds and now my dh and adult dd are not speaking to me.
I know I was out of order completely have other things going on at the moment which affect them and I admit I was thinking of myself when I said these things. I have apologies to then all but this had not been accept.
I need to sort myself out and find away to make amends
in have sent text messages and written a letter to him. Please help

Exactly, depends on what was said? But try not to be hard on yourself. Lots of families have arguments and we all say things we don't mean at times. You've apologised. Just leave it for a bit and hopefully it will settle.
