Would you say something

So I know a married couple, not very well but well enough to say hello and maybe a little small talk with her in the pub or shops. They're freinds of friends really.

The husband must work near me as I see him some lunchtimes walking to the shops or having lunch. Several times now I've seen him with another woman, either just walking quite close or sitting on a bench a little too close just to be friends. But the other day I spotted them kissing and cuddling.

Would you say something either to her or the mutual freind of ours? Or should I just keep my nose out?

People always shoot the messenger. Take a photo next time you see them and send an anonymous message

Do you know for definite that he's still with his wife?

I agree about the photo - it's hard evidence if ever she wants it.

I don't know for certain but not heard anything said about them splitting up

Does he know you by sight?

Next time they were sat snogging on the bench I’d be SO tempted to walk past and go “oh hiya Dave, how’s Sheila?”

You'd need to act quick though before they start, ahem, wanting more privacy than a park bench can provide, if you get my drift..

Say to mutual friend ‘I didn’t know x and x had split?’. If she says they haven’t then tell her

Good idea, suppose his reaction would be telling. Just hate to feel like I'm meddling in someone elses affairs so to speak
