Can I book a meal straight after a sauna/cold plunge date idea

Hi,
Me and hubby are trying to make the effort and plan nice dates in the new year.
We're lucky to live on the coast and there's a nice beach with a sauna hut where people go sauna/cold dipping.
It also has 2 nice restaurants right next to it.
Would it be realistic to book a meal after the sauna and cold dip or is that crazy?
We also have 2 little ones so part of me wants to make the most of the babysitters 😂

Not crazy, sounds fab. Maybe the cold dip before the sauna though, food, then who knows?...

I can't see why not.

Are you thinking it might not be advisable to eat a big meal afterwards?

I mean, in theory, you can do whatever you want!

Sauna and dip, then food. So long as you can dry and dress, then that order is fine.

Food then sauna and dip is ill-advised, as it's not good to get too hot/cold after a meal.

It’s fine. Why would it be crazy?

Are you worried about eating so close to sauna/dipping time? Or are you worried about staying out too long?

Sounds like a perfectly normal thing to do though.

We have this near me also. If you've booked the sauna but for an hour then you might manage 3 cold dips. Deff nice to go for food afterwards . We've done it in the summer, cycles down and brought picnic style tea and a bottle of wine to have on the beach.
