After raising a concern about my child's welfare while in my ex-mother in laws care, from 2015 until early this year my ex-mother in law and ex-wife have been abusive towards me and at times possibly abusive to my son. That abuse has include making false allegations to Social Services that I sexually abused my son and telling my ex-wife's family members that I was a pedophile, making false allegations of domestic abuse against me, including extensive false allegations to court and the Police, I believe severe financial control, gaslighting, making false medical statements about my son, possible physical abuse of my son and possible fabricated illness by proxy.
I have not seen my father in-law for since 2015, however out of desperation for my son who is mostly in his mothers care at the moment, I recently emailed him to ask him for more support for my ex-wife. My email did not suggest that I wanted to meet him, and I was either expecting an email back or no response.
Yesterday while I was at my daughters Christmas fair, he suddenly appeared and acted as if we were close mates, standing very close to me, and chatting happily. He also put his hand on my shoulder and touched stuff in my bag.
He has either been part of, been oblivious too or stood by while myself and my son have suffered apparent abuse.
While my daughter was not close by I told him that I did not want to do pleasantry's, and that I wanted to be as far away from his lot as possible. Later I sent him an email stating that I would seek legal help if he spoke to me like that or touched me again.
