How often do you want to strangle your husband?
Would you say if it's less then once a week it's a happy marriage?

I mean there isant a day that goes by that my husband doesn’t annoyed me of some sort and I think god I want some space on my own

SheIsStuck23 · 21/11/2023 13:20

I have never wanted to strangle him 😂😂

I would say he probably irritates me to the point where I swear at him under my breath about once every month.

I've never felt this way in 9 years...

Never wanted to strangle him. Mutter sarcastically under my breath at him almost every day. Last time was 10 minutes ago! But we have been together 30 years and have both worked from home for the last fifteen years so we see a LOT of each other. And for every sarcastic mutter there are about 50 hugs, I love yous, giggles and kind acts or words, so the frustrations are very well diluted.

strangle?? never... only cos my hands wouldnt fit round his neck.... bash round the back of the head with a spade?? daily... no wait.... hourly

fififorgetmenotforgot68 · 21/11/2023 14:23

Everyday day ! 😂😂😂

Yupppp · 21/11/2023 19:14

Strangulation might be stretching it but I vigorously raise my eyes to heaven behind his back daily . A woman saw me doing it in a shop recently and gave me a laughing smile of recognition 😂

I've always loved DH and felt he's "my person" but fuck me, he's irritating to live with. His funny little quirks and eccentricities have amplified since he turned 50, and there are at least 10 times a day when I could cheerfully strangle him. I never signed up to live with a faulty clone of Basil Fawlty.

I on the other hand, am a model of perfection to live with Grin
