Lumps on labia. Feel unwell. Linked?

Weekend and am away from home so can't call gp until tomorrow. Posted about this yesterday but didn't get many answers. Am quite worried. I feel quite run down, can't tell if I'm tired or unwell. My vagina feels achey, had a pea sized lump appear a few days ago. It disappeared. Another appeared yesterday and one more today. Initially was only on one side, now on both. My groin on one side is a bit tender but I have been working out a lot so may be unrelated/muscular.

Has anyone any idea what this could be?

Possible start of hidradenitis

I have 2 little lumps on labia, under the skin to begin with, now visible, pea sized, almost a yellowish colour now they are visible. I went to sexual health even though I’ve been with my dh 20 years, I’ve never cheated and to my knowledge neither has he, I thought that’s where I should go with it being in ‘that’ area, they said they were cysts and to see the GP and I was right to have them checked.

I had an appointment with my dr and she said they were cysts and wouldn’t remove them as they didn’t cause any pain, (they were a bit itchy / uncomfortable at one point, but apparently this didn’t warrant removal)

They have definitely grown a bit over the years, must have had them 5/6 years now, still pea sized but a bigger sized pea 🤣

At my smear last year I asked the nurse if I could remove them and she said I would need to pay private. (I wouldn’t even know who to contact so I’ve just left them be)

Unrelated, but I also have painful groin / pubic area. I have for years. Like an aching dragging / uncomfortable feeling. It’s a varicose vein and I’m having them removed. I also have them deep in my thighs and legs.

See your GP though, even if just for peace of mind.

Could you have scratched the area?

Scratches there can turn into a massive, solid, spot.

Odd for there to be more than one though. Maybe you had some crumbs in your exercise gear or something.

Hopefully it's just something like that.

I had a lump on my labia minora which swelled- it was painful and hurt to pea. Doctor said was a spot- hot compress and sitz baths. Eventually it burst.. bloody awful experience and I’m not the same down there, lost some sensation so likely nerve damage. Get seen as soon as possible.

No but I described the symptoms in detail to a close friend who has been a GP for 30+ years. He said unlikely to be herpes (he's never seen herpes present like this before), amd HS rarely affects the labia, but I do need to get it checked out. I'm going to GUM tomorrow if I can get childcare.

Doctors say a lot of things but from personal experience and the groups I'm in, HS is really common on the labia inner and outer
I've had it everywhere from my face to armpit to inner labia which hurt like hell
