How do you know what to do?

Have you ever been in a position where you were genuinely torn between keeping quiet about something or speaking up, knowing that the latter would most likely rock your world beyond repair?
I’m torn but I also know that I am probably being somewhat selfish.

Depends. Does the knowledge and its revelation pertain to something you’ve done or someone else? Does it effect someone you love or feel a responsibility for? If you were the other person (if there is one) would you want the knowledge in their position?

No, it’s nothing that I have done. I think someone might get hurt as a result of a loved ones actions so I feel uncomfortable. But I can’t be 100% sure either so maybe I am just wrecking my head

If you can't be 100% sure, I'd STFU

Always be true and honest. I’d sooner be hurt but know the truth than live a lie.
