I wrote a post before explaining why I’m asking this but genuinely how do you guys do it? Any advice etc. I always do the same thing and it makes it worse so what do you do?

Talk and generally listen. Relay whatever your partner says to you. Then spend time sharing how you are feeling. Take as long as you need to have the conversation as there might be underlying issues.

I guess you somehow become your own therapists.
