Hello,

I know this man he doesn't want a relationship in general ( I do but totally understand so will hopefully meet someone else ), is it a good idea to suggest we say friends?

Advice please...

probably not - mostly because you won't be genuine friends

ShutTheDoorBabe · 20/09/2023 15:38

No. A clean break is easier to get over ime

Shoxfordian · 20/09/2023 15:38

No because you want more than that

No. Pointless staying friends - as in hanging out together, etc. It sounds like you're thinking if you stick around long enough you hope he'll change his mind and see you for the awesome, loveable woman you are.

The reality is, if you are friends, one day he'll be telling you about this amazing woman he's met and he's totally smitten. That woman will not be you.

Don't waste your time on this man. He's not even a Mr Right Now.

I wouldn't bother.
Better cold turkey and move on
