Condolence card - who do I send it to?

My ex-mother-in-law has just passed. I've sent my condolences via text in response to my ex-husband's message.. should I send the main condolence card to my ex-father-in-law 'and family' (as opposed to ex-husband)?

Yes, that sounds right to me.

Yes, you send it to the bereaved spouse 'and family'.

They've said Family flowers only.. but does this mean I can't send a bouquet to the house?

If it's family flowers only then I don't think you should send a bouquet.

You could send food, or Hold fire to find out whether they'd like donations in her name to a particular charity

It depends on how well you got on with your exmil. If you always got on well you could tell your exh that you'd like to send flowers because you liked your exmil. See what he says.

I'll send a donation.. think that will be best.
