Im not on Instagram but I’ve been snooping and a friend who lives far away

visiting the town I live in! Now my question is
could this be an old photo or are they avoiding me ? 😂

We are in touch and they’ve been saying they’re too busy to meet! I’ve literally just seen 5 hrs ago they posted a pic from the town I live in but could it be an old pic they decided to put up ???

But from what you have said: I'm sorry, but it looks as though this person is visiting your town, but does not want to see you.

I'm still not sure why you're looking them up. Did you know they were around? Did you randomly stalk a bunch of people and found out any this person by accident? Is it someone you fancy?
You never know, it may be a quick visit and not much time to meet people. They may have been busy/passing by. I recently visited another city and didn't let a few friends know as was only there for two hours.
If you're bothered, message them saying "just saw your were around, let me know next time you're stopping by" and see what they say.

They’ve literally sent me a selfie of them at work on WhatsApp and now I have no idea what to believe!!!! Are they at work or visiting the town where I live ?

Why did they send you a WhatsApp at work? Did they feel they needed to prove to you they weren't in your town?

Why would they need to see you just cos they are in the town you live in? Me and my mates live in the same city but if we're too busy to meet then we're too busy to meet.

Did you ask them about the selfie? Otherwise why would they sent it unsollicited?

Maybe Im wrong but it seems to me it's someone you're seeing or potentially want to go out with and they are stalling you? Why would they send you a random photo of work so late? Do they work at 10pm?
