CPTSD triggered by relationships

I have CPTSD, it is triggered by being in a relationship. I generally have low level symptoms like anxiety when not in a relationship, but in a relationship I can have permanent severe anxiety, depression, OCD, disassociation including very rarely hallucinations. I have been to therapy but I don't think I am able to undo the trauma at the route of the CPTSD. I am meant to avoid the trigger but it means not having a relationship or being ill in a relationship. Does anyone experience the same or have any advice?

Avoiding triggers will make them more triggering not less. However, you cannot enter a relationship whilst suffering C-PTSD - it's not fair on you or the other person.

C-PTSD from relationships can be cured, and I did this using Melanie Tonia Evans' Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program. You can also get free help by emailing [email protected]

I know this sounds like an advert, but it changed my life, so I'm passionate about it!
