Maintenance query

I’ve been divorced a number of years with two now teen children. Ex has always paid maintenance based on the contact agreed in our separation agreement when the kids were much younger.
one of my teens has now decided to cut contact with dad completely (I think this is for the best) and the other is seeing him significantly less.

so legally, can I ask ex to pay more maintenance now that I have the children pretty much full time? I know it’s going to cause a huge amount of anger as money has always been a big deal to him.
in Scotland if that makes a difference to the legal situation?
Thanks

Of course you can. Have you checked cms to see what the new amount would be? Do you know what he earns?!

I’ve no idea what he earns or what the new amount would be. I just know he would argue that he is giving me what he needs to based I. The separation agreement and that it’s not his “fault” the arrangements have changed.
