Yep. It's an excellent book, it a tad drawn out. Helped me get my thoughts in place

I didn't find it that helpful because My X put on an act of being easy going to begin with and then became more and more controlling as time went on. He faked being ''breezy'' to reel me in I think.

The real problem was that I lacked the bravery to just leave, so I bought that book and it gave me no clarity. Or rather, it gave me no bravery.

I did leave eventually of course!
